Trex IPTV Refund Policy
How Trex IPTV handles refunds
Trex IPTV logins are created automatically and can be used the moment they arrive, so this policy is about whether the service works for you rather than about changing your mind. When something goes wrong, support first tries to fix it. If it cannot be fixed and the fault lies with us, you get your money back. Last updated: 5 October 2026.
When you get your money back
A refund is given in any of these situations:
- Your payment went through but no login details were ever delivered. You receive a full refund.
- A fault on the Trex IPTV side keeps the service from playing on a supported device, and it cannot be put right. You receive a full refund.
- The same order was paid twice, or the amount taken was for a different plan from the one you selected. The extra or wrong amount is returned.
Your request needs to reach support no later than the seventh day after the order was placed.
When a refund is not given
Some situations fall outside this policy:
- You changed your mind after the line had been used.
- The problem comes from your own internet connection, Wi-Fi, provider, device or third-party app.
- A particular channel you wanted is missing, and you had not checked with support before ordering.
- Your login was shared, resold or published. That also ends the line.
- You stopped watching part of the way through a period. Unused months are not refunded in part.
How to request a refund
Requests are made through the contact form:
- Choose Refund request as the topic.
- Use the email address from your order and include the order number, the payment date and the amount.
- Describe what went wrong, and on which device and app.
Support may ask you to try a fix first, such as switching to a backup server address. Most requests are settled one way or the other within two working days.
How the money comes back
When a refund is approved, the money returns to the card or account that paid for the order. Most banks need between five and ten working days before it appears on your statement. Prices are set in US dollars, so if your bank charged you in another currency, the amount you see returned can differ slightly from the original charge because exchange rates move.
Chargebacks
Speak to support first if you are thinking of disputing the charge with your bank. If a chargeback is raised before you have spoken to us, the line is suspended or closed.
