Trex IPTV Privacy Policy
Scope of this Trex IPTV privacy policy
Browsing trex-iptv.app, placing a Trex IPTV order and sending a message each involve some personal information. Below you will find what is collected at each step, why it is needed and who handles it. Last updated: 5 October 2026.
Information you give us
You decide what to type into our forms. Each form asks only for what the next step needs:
- Order form: full name, email address, country, phone or WhatsApp number, the plan, the number of devices, the connection type, the region and the adult-content setting.
- Contact form: your name, email address, an optional order number, an optional device description and the text of your message.
Information collected automatically
Some technical information is recorded without you typing it:
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These keep the site running and help stop abuse.
- Order security data: when you place an order, your IP address and browser type are sent along with the order to help detect fraud and misuse.
- A session cookie that keeps the order form and the contact form secure from one page to the next. It expires when you close your browser.
No cookie here is used for advertising or tracking, and nobody buys or rents your details from us.
Information we never receive
Card details are typed into the payment provider's hosted checkout. Your card number, expiry date and security code are never seen or stored by trex-iptv.app. The payment provider only tells the Trex IPTV order system whether the payment succeeded, together with a transaction reference.
How your information is used
What you send is put to these uses and no others:
- Creating your order, taking payment and activating your line
- Sending your account password if you are a new customer, and sending your login details once the line is ready
- Answering support questions and refund requests
- Preventing fraud, payment disputes made in bad faith, and shared or resold logins
- Keeping the records that law and accounting rules call for
The emails you receive from us relate to your orders and to messages you have sent. If you send a review through the contact form and agree to it being published, its text is shown on this site with the first name and country you give.
Who processes your data
Your information passes through a small number of systems, each for one purpose:
- The central Trex IPTV order system, which stores your order and customer record and runs activation
- The payment provider that operates the hosted checkout
- The Trex IPTV mail server, which sends order and support emails
- The streaming panel that creates your line, which receives only what activation needs, such as the plan length and the region
How long information is kept
Order and payment records stay on file while your subscription, its renewals or a refund still depend on them, and for as long as accounting rules require. Server logs are held for a limited time, to run and protect the site. Contact form messages are kept while a request is open, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you follow up.
Your choices and rights
On request, we will show you which personal details are on file for you, correct anything that is wrong, and erase them unless a legal or accounting rule obliges us to keep them. Send the request through the contact form, using the email address from your order so the request can be matched to you.
Children
Trex IPTV is meant for adult buyers, and no part of this site is aimed at children. A parent who finds that a child has sent us details can ask, through the contact form, for them to be erased under the rights set out above.
Changes to this policy
Any change in how information is handled will be written into this page, which will then carry a new date at the top.
