Trex IPTV Frequently Asked Questions

Ordering Trex IPTV

The questions asked most frequently about Trex IPTV are answered below in short form, grouped from the order form through to renewing when a period runs out. Anything not covered here can go to support through the contact form.

Is an account needed before I order?

No. Fill in the order form with your name, email, country and phone number. If the email address is new to the system, an account is opened for you automatically and its password is sent to that address, so you can look up your orders and lines later.

How many devices can one order cover?

Up to four. Each device gets its own login and adds one plan price to the total. If you need more than four, place a second order.

What kind of login does a Trex IPTV order give me?

An app login: the server to connect to, your own username and its password, plus an M3U playlist link carrying the same channels. Together they suit the Trex IPTV apps on our apps page and most third-party players, so there is no connection type to choose when ordering.

What does the region option do?

It prepares your line for the region whose channels you watch most: USA & Canada, Europe & UK, or Arabic. If your household watches a mix, pick the main one. You can ask support to change it later.

Is adult content included?

Only if you ask for it. Adult categories are left out by default and are only added when you tick that option while ordering.

Payment and billing

Payments are taken once, in a hosted checkout, for the period you select.

What currency are the prices in?

They are in US dollars. The charge may be converted and appear as EGP on your statement, depending on the payment route. Any foreign-currency fee on top is set by your bank, not by us.

Will a renewal payment be taken automatically?

No. Each plan is a single payment. No card is saved and there is no recurring billing, so nothing is charged when your period runs out.

Is it safe to pay?

Card details never pass through this website. They are typed into a checkout hosted by the payment provider, which opens in a secure frame inside the order page or, with some payment routes, on the provider's own page. The order system is told only whether the payment went through.

My payment failed. What should I do?

Open your order status page and try the payment again, or start a fresh order. If your bank shows the charge while the order is still marked unpaid, contact support with the order number instead of paying a second time.

Is there a free trial?

No. The shortest way to try the service on your own devices and connection is the three-month plan.

Activation and Trex IPTV login details

Activation is automatic and your details always arrive by email.

How long does activation take?

It begins automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed, without anyone needing to approve it. Where a bank pauses a payment to verify it, activation starts once the bank lets it through.

Where do I find my login details?

In the 'Your Trex IPTV subscription is live' email. It gives the server, username, password and M3U link for every device. The order status page on this site confirms when the line is ready but never displays the login itself.

The email has not arrived. What now?

Check the spam, junk and promotions folders, and search your mailbox for Trex IPTV. If it is still missing, send support your order number along with the email address you ordered with.

What are the backup server addresses for?

They are alternative addresses for the same service. If the main server address stops loading, put a backup address into your app in its place. Your username and password do not change.

Devices and playback

Whatever screen can host a player for Xtream Codes or M3U can show the service, and the setup guide walks through each one.

Can one login play on two screens together?

No. A Trex IPTV login handles a single stream, so if another screen wants to play simultaneously, add a second device to the order.

Can I move my login to a new TV?

Yes. Stop using it on the old device and enter the same details on the new one.

Is there an app for Samsung or LG TVs?

Not an official one. Use a player from the TV's app store that accepts Xtream Codes or M3U. Some of those players charge their own fee, which is separate from your plan.

Why does the picture freeze in the evening?

Evenings are when home networks and internet providers carry the most traffic. Try a network cable instead of Wi-Fi, restart the router, switch to a backup server address, and check that nobody else in the house is running big downloads. If one channel freezes while others play smoothly, report that channel to support.

Renewals, refunds and support

Nothing renews on its own, so the next step at the end of a period is always yours.

How do I renew and keep my current login?

Send support a WhatsApp message quoting your order number and the period you want. The existing line is extended, so your username and password stay as they are. Ordering again on this website gives you a new line instead.

Can I get a refund?

If a fault on our side stops the service from playing and it cannot be fixed, or your login never arrived, you get a full refund. A change of mind after using the line, or trouble with your own internet or device, is not covered. The refund policy has the details.

How do I contact support?

Use the contact form. Give your order number, the device and the app, plus the channel name when a single channel is at fault.

Can I resell Trex IPTV?

Only through reseller credits, which are arranged over WhatsApp. Sharing or reselling an ordinary subscription login ends that line without a refund.
