Before you press Pay

Read your email address back before paying. Your login details are sent there and nowhere else, and this site never displays them. If the address has not been used for a Trex IPTV order before, you will also receive a separate email with the password for your account area.

What happens after payment

Once the payment is confirmed, your line is activated automatically, one per device, and the login details are emailed to you. You are then taken to your order status page, which shows the progress and tells you when the line is ready. If the bank pauses the payment to run a check, activation begins once it is released.

If the payment page gives you trouble

Most checkout trouble comes down to one of these:

  • Card declined: re-enter the card number, expiry and security code, or switch to another card, then restart the payment from your order status page.
  • Checkout timed out: your order is still saved, so return to its status page and begin the payment again.
  • Charged, yet the order still says unpaid? Do not pay again; pass your order number to support via the contact form.
